Congratulations to the Bulldog Mystery Hunt Winners - Bailey Mills and Lily Spray!  Awesome job connecting the clues and solving the crime.  The Culprit was...Mr. Jacobs!  If you see him, ask him to sing some T Swift!  Bailey and Lily, please stop by Officer Salsberry's office to collect your $20 in gift cards!

Key Club would like to thank everyone who donated blankets and fabric to our Closet to Closet Winter Blanket Drive!! We are super excited to let you know that we won, beating out PV with 42 blankets donated!! Closet to Closet is providing a holiday pizza party to celebrate! Key Club members, check your email for details and again... thank you, BHS!!

Upcoming events/deadlines: 

  • Winter Coat giveaway - Upper Commons until Winter Break. Take one if you need one!

  • Mark your calendars and get your dancing shoes! The next school dance will take place on January 24th from 8-10 pm. Grab a group of friends or a date! More details are coming!

  • Bulldog Bakery will have its Gingerbread House Competition outside of Room B217 in the showcase window on Friday after 2nd Block. All are welcome to judge. FYI- all houses are made from scratch. 

  • SELL crew will be selling hot chocolate and cookies in the commons on Friday for $2 a cup plus a candy cane!

Upcoming PRIDE sessions:

  • TOMORROW, December 19th: Shout "BINGO" with your friends as the Gray Matters Collective hosts Bingo on the last day before break in the Commons with prizes. Sign up with Mrs Hilton-Cullum.

  • TODAY, December 18th, during PRIDE, SELL Crew will be hosting their annual Gingerbread House Making PRIDE. Sign up for Mrs. Zimmerman's PRIDE. Space will be limited.

  • Want to spread some cheer to those who need it most this holiday season? Sign up for Ms. Mitola's Pride TOMORROW to write cards and letters of warmth and kindness to people staying in local psychiatric hospitals this winter. The Pride session is "December Letters Project" in the library.

To access events, log into ICC and go to the Work-Based Learning tab under "Explore Opportunities".

Here's a look at some upcoming events with the Career Center:

  • 1/8/26 - Cosmetology Visit - We will tour La James College to learn about the education and licensing requirements for a cosmetology degree

  • 1/27/26 - ASVAB Test - Military Aptitude test required to enlist, can be taken for practice or just for career information. Scores are only submitted to the military if you request it. Sign up in ICC if you want to take it.
